Hi! My name is Poppy and this is my little business: Tall Poppy - a play on the term "Tall Poppy Syndrome". I hope my swimwear makes you feel empowered to stand tall in your uniqueness, and not let anyone cut you down!...because let's face it, none of us were born to be the same as anyone else! Not only a play on words....my name is Poppy and I'm kind of tall, so that works as well ; )

I'm a Fashion Designer by trade and have worked as a designer in the surf/ fashion industry for over 15 years. I had always dreamt about starting my own label, and in 2015 I did.  The Tall Poppy brand was created out of my own desire for stylish looking and better fitting swimwear to swim and surf in. I would describe my designs as Ocean & Art Inspired. I do love to surf and I do love a good print.

Fast forward to now...and here I still am!, creating swimwear for myself and others all over the world who resinate with my designs. Each style is designed with quality, comfort and function in mind.

I use superior eco-friendly lycra made in Italy. This lycra is even more chlorine resistant than your average swimwear fabric and is UPF 50+.

I design, patternmake, grade and sew each style from my home by the sea in Elanora, on Yugambeh Country, aka Gold Coast, Australia.
