WITHIN AUSTRALIA: TallPoppy does not offer refunds on products because of change of mind, but I am happy to exchange for another size.
All exchange pieces must be received in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
Please note: You will need to pay for postage - read carefully exchange process.
1. Email me at: email@example.com and let me know why you wish to exchange your item. Please note that this needs to take place within 7 days of receiving your goods.
2. Simply repack your order and send it back to me.
3. Once I have received your parcel I will send you the exchanged item.
